Getting to know you

Before we can help you, we need to get to know you. During this fact-finding stage we gain a full understanding of your strategic plan and we will complete a full SWOT analysis, a 360° assessment, and a Lumina Spark Portrait to get a comprehensive picture of you and your business. We’ll attend meetings, review communications and provide feedback. This analysis and the insights it delivers form the foundation of our partnership and will allow us to develop a customized approach to meet your needs.

Objectives:
Designing the roadmap

With a clear understanding of what you want to achieve, we now design a customized roadmap to get you there. Using a pragmatic and best practices approach, we set specific, measureable objectives for improvement that align with your needs and those of your business. We will then consistently monitor and measure your progress against these objectives and adjust them as necessary.

Activity:
Getting it done

Now comes the hard part. With defined objectives in place, the next step is to achieve them. We’ll be by your side to support you, listen to your concerns and help you overcome the challenges in your way. We’ll also hold you accountable for completing your objectives and reaching the goals you’ve set for yourself. It’s about keeping you focused, confident and optimistic about your progress on the road to success.

Leverage and learn:
Applying your new capabilities

Now it’s time to take stock of your progress and apply what you’ve gained. We’ll review your progress and the impact and effectiveness of your program and its resulting new capabilities, assessing what worked well and what could be done better. We’ll also establish follow-up goals to ensure you continue to grow as a leader within your business.
